I-TECH offers full service support, from phone assistance to on-site repair and preventive maintenance plans. In the phase of ongoing customer support, I-TECH makes sure every problem finds a quick solution. I-TECH offers several technical support services:
Phone intervention: For customer questions, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems. Our technicians have immediate access to the engineers who actually designed the machine and can dispatch service engineers to handle problems and retrofits on location. On-site: Our staff of technical specialists handle on-site repairs, maintenance and installations. Customers located in the East Coast may be visited by a technician based at our headquarters in New Jersey. Western, Central, Mountain and Southern customers may be serviced quickly by trained technicians of our local distributor. |
